ALLO provides a free 14-day trial period. During the free trial, you have unlimited access to every feature in ALLO. If you're a workspace admin, you have the authority to upgrade to a paid plan after the trial ends as well as to change or unsubscribe from your plan if needed. ALLO is delighted to offer eligible nonprofit organizations a discount on an ALLO paid plan. If you're interested in learning more about the discount, please contact us here.

You can purchase ALLO with any major credit card. We can issue an invoice payable by bank transfer or check. Please contact us to arrange an invoice purchase.

We do not offer refunds. If you cancel your plan before the next renewal cycle, you will retain access to paid features until the end of your subscription period. When your subscription expires, you will lose access to paid features and all data associated with those features.

Canceling your ALLO subscription is easy. To cancel your subscription, log in to your ALLO account and navigate to the admin console. Please note that only the billing owner of a paying account has the authority to cancel a paid plan. The cancellation will be effective at the end of your current billing cycle. Your data will still be stored in our system even if you cancel your ALLO subscription. However, you will not be able to access them until you renew your subscription.

Protecting the data you trust to ALLO is our first priority. ALLO uses physical, procedural, and technical safeguards to preserve the integrity and security of your information. We regularly back up your data to prevent data loss and aid in recovery. Additionally, we host data in secure SSAE 16 / SOC2 certified data centers, implement firewalls and access restrictions on our servers to better protect your information. Learn more
